This Privacy Policy explains how TokTrack (“TokTrack”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. What TokTrack Does

TokTrack is an analytics tool that helps users view performance information for the TikTok account they choose to connect through TikTok authorization. The app is intended to help users understand their own account and public video performance, including metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, engagement rate, video snapshots, and update summaries when available.

TokTrack does not provide tools to search for, monitor, or track other TikTok users. TokTrack does not build individual profiles from public data about other people.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, TokTrack may process the following types of information:

• TikTok authorization information: When you connect your TikTok account, the app may receive authorization tokens or related authentication information needed to access your authorized TikTok data.
• Your authorized TikTok profile data: This may include basic profile information made available through TikTok authorization, such as display name, avatar, profile link, verification status, or other fields approved by TikTok.
• Your authorized TikTok video data: This may include video identifiers, captions or descriptions, cover images, publish time, views, likes, comments, shares, and other video-level metrics if made available through TikTok authorization or approved APIs.
• Local analytics snapshots: The app may save local snapshots of your connected account or video metrics so you can compare changes over time.
• Subscription information: If you purchase a subscription, Apple and/or our subscription management provider may provide purchase status, entitlement status, and renewal information.
• Technical information: We may process limited technical data needed to operate the app, such as app version, device type, network request status, and error diagnostics.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

TokTrack does not collect or provide:

• Your TikTok password.
• Private TikTok account content.
• Private messages or non-public TikTok data.
• Follower lists or lists of who follows or unfollows any account.
• Tools to track other TikTok users without authorization.
• Individual profiles created from public data about other people.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Display analytics for the TikTok account you choose to connect.
• Show your own public video metrics and engagement information.
• Save local snapshots so you can compare performance over time.
• Enable Home Screen widgets and update summaries.
• Manage subscription access and app feature limits.
• Improve app stability, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.

5. TikTok Authorization

TokTrack uses TikTok authorization so you can connect your own TikTok account. TokTrack never asks for your TikTok password. You may disconnect your TikTok account from the app at any time where supported.

Access to TikTok data depends on permissions granted by you and APIs or services made available by TikTok. Some metrics may be unavailable, delayed, or limited depending on TikTok’s API permissions, review status, account settings, or service availability.

6. Local Storage

TokTrack may store connected account information, video metrics, snapshots, settings, and widget summaries locally on your device. You can clear local data from the app’s Settings where available.

7. Service Providers

TokTrack may use third-party services to provide app functionality, such as:

• Apple for App Store distribution and in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat or similar subscription management services, if used, to manage subscription status.
• Cloudflare Worker or similar backend infrastructure to support secure API requests.
• TikTok authorization and APIs to access data for the TikTok account you choose to connect.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. Subscription management, cancellation, and renewal are handled through your Apple ID settings.

9. Data Retention

Locally stored data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, disconnect your account, or uninstall the app. Backend logs or limited technical records, if any, are retained only as needed for security, debugging, service reliability, and legal compliance.

10. Your Choices

You may:

• Choose whether to connect your TikTok account.
• Disconnect your TikTok account where supported.
• Clear local data from the app’s Settings where available.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store settings.
• Contact us with privacy-related questions.

11. Children’s Privacy

TokTrack is not intended for children under 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International Use

Your information may be processed in countries or regions where our service providers operate. By using TokTrack, you understand that data processing may occur outside your country or region, subject to applicable laws.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please keep your device and accounts secure.

14. Relationship with TikTok

TokTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner. TokTrack uses TikTok authorization and available data access only for the account you choose to connect.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app or by updating the effective date on this page.
