TokTrack (“TokTrack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides tools for analyzing publicly available TikTok profile and video data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, app, and related services.

Public TikTok usernames, profile URLs, public profile metrics, and public video metrics that users choose to analyze.
App usage data needed to provide features such as tracked accounts, refresh limits, and widget summaries.
Subscription status and purchase-related information processed by Apple and/or subscription service providers, if subscriptions are enabled.
Basic technical information such as device type, app version, error logs, and network request status for debugging and service improvement.

2. Public Data Only

TokTrack only analyzes publicly available TikTok profile and video data. We do not ask for TikTok passwords, do not access private TikTok accounts, and do not claim to provide private follower lists or hidden account information.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide account tracking and video analytics features.
Display follower growth, video performance, update signals, and widgets.
Maintain refresh limits and subscription-related access.
Improve reliability, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.

4. Storage

In the MVP version, tracked account data and related snapshots may be stored locally on your device. Some requests may be sent to a developer-operated server or Cloudflare Worker to fetch and normalize publicly available data.

5. Third-Party Services

TokTrack may use third-party services to provide app functionality, such as Apple for subscriptions, RevenueCat for subscription management, Cloudflare for server infrastructure, and data providers for public data retrieval. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve TokTrack, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights and users.

7. Data Accuracy

Public social media data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. TokTrack does not guarantee that any public metrics will always be available or correct.

8. Children’s Privacy

TokTrack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Your Choices

You may clear locally stored app data from within the app if this feature is available. You may also stop using TokTrack at any time.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
