1. Service Description

TokTrack provides tools for tracking and analyzing publicly available TikTok profile and video data, including creator growth, video performance, update signals, and related analytics features.

2. Public Data Only

TokTrack only analyzes publicly available data. TokTrack does not provide access to private TikTok accounts, private follower lists, hidden account information, or non-public platform data. You must not use TokTrack for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or privacy-invasive purposes.

3. No Affiliation With TikTok

TokTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner. Any references to TikTok are for descriptive purposes only.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use TokTrack only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms. You are responsible for the account names or URLs you submit for analysis and for how you use the information provided by TokTrack.

5. Data Accuracy and Availability

TokTrack relies on public data sources and third-party infrastructure. Public metrics may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time updates, or complete accuracy of any analytics data.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

TokTrack may offer paid subscription plans such as Pro or Pro+. Subscription availability, features, and prices may vary by region and platform.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Payments are processed by Apple or other authorized payment providers.
Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store or payment provider policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not attempt to misuse TokTrack, bypass limits, reverse engineer the service, interfere with service operation, or use TokTrack to harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the privacy rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

TokTrack, including its design, branding, software, and content, is owned by TokTrack or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from TokTrack without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TokTrack if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk for TokTrack, other users, or third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TokTrack is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TokTrack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of TokTrack after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
